The warehouse manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, preparing and shipping goods, while ensuring the optimization of flows, safety and quality of operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and suplervise the activities of receiving, storing, preparing and shipping goods. Control the quantity and conformity of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure rigorous inventory management and guarantee their reliability.
• Participate in the management and supervision of the warehouse teams (task allocation, schedule management, performance monitoring)Identify areas for improvement in operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure optimal organization of storage spaces to maximize capacity and fluidity of flows.
• Prepare regular reports for the logistics department and propose corrective actions.

Requirements / Profile

• Must reside in Antananarivo
• Bac+3 in Logistics, Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics field
• Expertise in warehouse management and logistics
• Leadership and ability to manage a team
• Excellent organization and sense of priorities.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Initiative and ability to solve unforeseen problems
• Autonomous and dynamic
• Good communication skills
• Speaking fluently malagasy, french, english and urdu
