The logistics flow Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of supplies and deliveries, guaranteeing coordination between production, transport and internal needs.
Tasks and responsabilities:
- Fulfill the transfer needs of the warehouse and the production plants (finished goods, raw materials, packaging, etc.) in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines, in accordance with their requests.
- Communicate with production sites and internal teams to coordinate requirements and deliveries.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movements of line trucks (owned or rented).
- Resolve operational issues related to logistics activities.
- Report any anomalies or potential delays.
- Participate in the evaluation of services provided to internal customers, as well as in the assessment of transport providers
